Rightho. What's the WNDL? Well the WNDL, the Wednesday Night Drinking League was set up many years ago to break up the boredom between weekends. 

The purpose of the league is quite simple, to drink as many beers as possible on a Wednesday night throughout the season. The chairman keeps a watchful eye out for spillage and unfinished business and reports back after every session with an updated league table. The chairman's decision is final. He sets all the targets. Click below for an example.

Obviously it's quite useful if you can do something constructive whilst you are drinking, The WNDL backs quiz nights for money as the best way to pass the time between rounds (Except when the footies on!)

A rule of the league is that any money won is put away and used for the WNDL Xmas piss up. Beware of Arthur Fowler type characters in your midst's though as they have been known to run off with the cash!
